I am a Christian.I love to bake! I also love a challenge. As the mother of four, I had to find ways to save money so I read all I could find about cake decorating. I have taken only one class, but was fortunate to work with some wonderful pastry chefs from Europe. Today, my kids are grown and I have tried to teach them my skills so they too would be able to make birthdays special for their children. Today I watch all the shows and learn all I can. I love when someone challenges me to make something I haven't yet tried. I'm starting this blog to show you that you too can create cake masterpieces!
